Lisa Marie Arnold, Inc. launches it's new Secret Shopper Program!
This program enables salons and spas to gather feedback from new clients and existing clients to measure their standards of business.
Upon signing up for the monthly program, each business is given postcards with contact information. They are asked to call in and answer a survey conducted by Lisa Marie Arnold, Inc.. The information gathered is used to produce a report for the salon or spa. This is meant as a learning exercise for the salon or spa.
